One of the key services offered by the Occupational Health program is the provision of preventive care and screenings. By identifying and addressing potential health issues before they become more serious, the program helps employees to maintain their overall health and reduce the risk of absenteeism due to illness.

The Occupational Health program also provides employees with access to a range of resources and support to help them manage any ongoing health conditions they may have. This may include access to specialists, health education materials, and support groups. By providing ongoing support, the program helps employees to better manage their conditions and continue to be productive members of the workforce.

In addition to preventive care and support for ongoing health issues, the Occupational Health program at UCI Medical Center also plays a crucial role in responding to workplace injuries and accidents. The program has a team of trained professionals who are equipped to handle a range of medical emergencies, from minor injuries to more serious ones. They are also responsible for conducting investigations into accidents and incidents in order to identify any potential safety issues and implement measures to prevent them from occurring in the future.

Overall, UCI Medical Center's Occupational Health program is an essential component of the medical center's commitment to the health and safety of its employees. By providing preventive care, support for ongoing health issues, and emergency response services, the program helps to ensure that employees are able to work in a safe and healthy environment.
