Zar's writing is so so so beautiful I will never get over it. When sixteen-year-old Katniss Everdeen steps forward to take her younger sister's place in the games, she sees it as a death sentence. I was so annoyed that now, I will not be able to buy a box set of the trilogy without getting a copy of And. As they slowly learn to fulfill their roles, they must also come to terms with the lives they will be leaving behind.
