"A Walk to Remember" is a romantic drama film released in 2002, based on the novel of the same name by Nicholas Sparks. The film tells the story of a teenage girl named Jamie Sullivan, who is played by actress Mandy Moore, and a popular high school senior named Landon Carter, played by actor Shane West. The two are from very different worlds, but they fall in love despite their differences and the challenges they face.
Mandy Moore was just starting out in her acting career when she was cast as Jamie Sullivan in "A Walk to Remember." She had previously appeared in a few television shows and movies, but this film was her breakout role. Moore received praise for her portrayal of Jamie, a sweet and sincere young woman who is struggling with leukemia.
Shane West also received praise for his performance as Landon Carter, a character who starts off as a rebellious and selfish teenager, but learns to become a better person through his relationship with Jamie. West was already an established actor at the time, having appeared in a number of television shows and films.
In addition to Moore and West, the film also featured an impressive supporting cast, including Peter Coyote as Jamie's father, Rev. Sullivan, and Daryl Hannah as Cynthia Carter, Landon's mother. These actors brought depth and emotion to their characters, adding to the overall impact of the film.

For Lowell, Massachusetts electrorock trio, PVRIS, the latter was definitely the case for their sophomore album, All We Know of Heaven, All We Need of Hell, which was released today via Rise Records. The message is about two people who have distanced themselves whether it was planned or not, but as a result, they are just somebody that they used to know. PVRIS took a more electronic rock style on this album and focused more on loss and deeper meanings to their lyrics. I feel that I have related to this a few times with past relationships and even friendships, being abandoned and now I am just looked at as somebody in a crowd. This track is beautiful but tells a tragic story of someone crying out for help, something that I deeply resonate with. Lynn shares the emotions she felt when she sacrificed her everything for her lover, to be left behind.

It's talking about someone who Lynn was in a relationship with, and they became demanding and cold hearted which became toxic. I love how it's not singing it louder, she is legitimately yelling that she doesn't belong to anyone else. On June 13, Pvris premiered "What's Wrong" on On July 14, Pvris released a promotional single from the album, "Half", along with a visualette found on YouTube. The title of the album was likely influenced or derived from the last lines of the Emily Dickinson poem, "My life closed twice before its close". Maybe if the song is sung by someone else or a more mellow artist, this song would be great, it just didn't have the PVRIS upbeat rock vibes that are mostly included on this album FINAL THOUGHTS I thought that this album wasn't as heavy as Will I listen again? All We Know of Heaven, All We Need of Hell is an album full of fury, and its balance of synth-pop, rock guitars and searing vocals from Gunn allow the band to explore that fury free from traditional genre sounds. My take is that it deals heavily with how it feels to be constantly put down by one you love, hitting rock bottom and being unsure of where to go next… or if you even want to go on. I thought that it was very hard to understand Lynn in this track, especially in the chorus. Will I add this album to my vinyl collection? On the heels of the success of their debut album, White Noise, the band saw touring opportunities with Thirty Seconds to Mars, Bring Me the Horizon and just began a run with Canadian electropop artist, LIGHTS. The lyrics were very clear, as well as a clear heavy message. They were very hard to understand on Verses introduction, but the chorus stood out and was clear to understand. It has nice guitar, and drums, but wasn't a very PVRIS vibe song. However, on July 18, the release was pushed back to August 25 due to "last minute production tweaks". The lyrics are amazing and have a great message about how Lynn is begging her lover to stay rather than leave.

Its 10 tracks are huge, in every sense of the word; Pvris, as usual, favors epic choruses, rapturous guitar breakdowns and furious vocals from frontwoman Lynn Gunn. As the band magnified their already distinctive sound, AWKOHAWNOH carries us into the realms of a hazy mind. When she was chained down to this relationship and was able to leave, but is still reminded of the negativity, and long lasting effects that relationship will have on her as she finds a new lover.
